What does Open Box / Display Unit means?
It means that you are bidding or buying either an open box or a display model. Small scratches, marks, scuffs or minor blemishes that will not interfere with it's proper operation, might be found in the product.
Does new mean really new?
Absolutely. We also buy brand new merchandise for resale at discounted prices. Sometimes they are "Shelf pulls and/or Over stocked, but it will be described on the listing.
Are open box items in truthful working condition?
Yes, open box items are in working condition. All Open Box Items are fully inspected and tested prior to listing. For example: An open box coffee machine will be tested by running a complete cycle with water only. If any defects are found, it either will be fixed or discarded. If fixed, it will be mentioned on the listing.
Is the instruction manual included?
If it's not in the open box, it will be mentioned.
What do I do if the item doesn't work?
Due to the tests we run them through, it's very unlikely to happen but, if you receive an item that doesn't work, please email us BEFORE sending it back . We will do our best to resolve any problems either by refunding your money or sending you a similar or better unit. All communication will be via email to ensure documentation.
What is your return/refund policy?
You can return the item for a full refund, upon inspection (Shipping charges are not refundable)
We sell New, overstock, shelf pulls, returns etc. Most items are like new (Unless otherwise stated) and we test as far as basic functionality. We do not perform tests on advanced features.
All merchandise is properly packed for shipping. We ARE NOT responsible for items lost, stolen, damaged in shipping, or delivered to the wrong address (Unless we sent it to the wrong address)
Once the merchandise is paid and leaves our location, it's considered yours. It's suggested you use the optional insurance offered by the shipper (On expensive merchandise)
We guarantee that merchandise will be as we describe it or you may return the item within 7 days of receipt (with prior approval). We will first attempt to correct the situation.
If item needs to be returned, return it in original condition and packing. Your purchase price will be refunded MINUS all shipping costs. Any imperfections or damage, if any, are described as best as we can. An occasional scratch or dent might be missed but we don't intend to misrepresent anything!
Do you take checks?
We do not take
checks, however, we take money orders and cerified checks.

We take credit cards through PayPal, Western Union Money Orders, Money orders and certified checks.
